In the unfortunate case that you are unhappy with our services, we recommend that you notify your Image Is Everything Salon stylist immediately. A corrective consultation with your stylist will occur instantly resulting in a solutions to rectify the issue. In the event that specific information was with held during the initial consultation refunds on services will NOT be given and additional fees may apply.

Right to Refusal of Service
Image Is Everything Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that they feel a proper service can not be rindered to in a timely fashion / manner or a service will compromise its brand or name in the marketplace.
